Getting Started – Support and Stabilization Group: Start accessing the support you need right away

Start accessing support by joining a free virtual weekly group for women seeking help with gambling and/or substance use concerns. The group is a great way to get started, get connected, and learn about next steps. We’ll talk about coping, staying safe, and what steps you can take to start making changes when you are ready . There is no waiting list or need to make an appointment, we kindly ask that you register by calling our Intake team at 416-255-7359 ext. 227/260 or email intake@jeantweed.com so we can send you the virtual details. You can come as often as you like, although we recommend participating regularly.

Women’s Support Group: Our Gambling Support Group meets weekly and is open to any woman with a gambling concern.

In a friendly, comfortable setting facilitated by a skilled counsellor, you will gain a better understanding of gambling-related behaviours and challenges, as well as learn from other group members on how they’re managing their concerns.
