The vision of the Jean Tweed Centre is to be one of the most innovative, accessible and effective centres responding to the needs of women with substance abuse and gambling problems and their families.
The Jean Tweed Centre works from a women-centered framework that validates the experiences of women and problems related to substance use and gambling within her broader social and cultural experiences including trauma, violence, poverty and other determinants of health.
