For women who have completed programming at The Jean Tweed Centre, we offer two years of continuing care to help you maintain and build on changes made.
In weekly Continuing Care groups, you will:
- examine lifestyle choices
- strengthen essential coping skills
- experience the ongoing support of your peers
Women who take advantage of this service are much better equipped to meet their personal use goals and less likely to experience serious setbacks. For out-of-town women, telephone support is available on a limited basis. |
